Practice Information
Dr Matthew Mitsch is a board certified ophthalmologist, specializing in aesthetic facial surgical procedures. He has been practicing Tumescent Liposuction in Virginia Beach since 2001.

Dr. Mitsch was born and raised in upstate New York, obtained his MD at the Albany Medical College, and pursued postgraduate training in New York City and Detroit. He was then accepted into the prestigious oculoplastic program under the guidance of Dr. Geoffrey Gladstone and Dr. Frank Nesi in Detroit.

Dr. Mitsch has trained with Dr. Jeffrey Klein in the Tumescent Technique, the safest liposuction that there is. He not only performs liposuctionby this technique, but expanded it into all aspects of his facial treatments.
