Dr. Z specializes in outpatient cosmetic surgeries and procedures. He utilizes lasers, intense pulsed light devices, Botox and various fillers (Restylane, Radiesse, Hylaform, Juvederm, Collagen, Sculptra, etc) for skin rejuvenation and wrinkle reduction. Cosmetic skin resurfacing is performed with either a Portrait PSR system or an Erbium YAG laser. The incisions required for facelifts, blepharoplasties and body surgery are performed with a CO2 laser or radio-frequency scalpel. Both modalities enable the doctor to work in a nearly bloodless field with great precision and minimal trauma to nearby tissue. Benefits to the patient are less bleeding, bruising and pain, with rapid healing. For those patients requiring a little less lift Contour Thread and demi lifts are available. Tumescent Liposuction is performed almost daily on virtually any body part that can accumulate disproportionate fat above the muscle. Necks, thighs, abdomens, male chests, female breasts, arms and buttocks have all been done. We have literally sucked tons of fat from Las Vegas residents & visitors.

All surgeries and procedures are safely done in the office with topical, local, oral or injectable anesthesia and sedation.
