Dr. Dannaker performs tumescent and laser liposuction. Using the Cool Lipo laser, the skin can often be tightened and smoothed, beyond what was previously possible utilizing liposuction alone. The procedure is in-office and most patients return to light duty type work the next day. Only local anesthesia and mild sedation is necessary. In addition to the neck and face, most other areas of the body are amenable to laser liposuction including the arms, legs, abdomen and back. Dr. Dannaker performs the entire procedure himself. The patient's safety, comfort and ultimate cosmetic results are his only concern.

Dr. Dannaker has also taken training with Dr. Jeffrey Klein, the developer of Tumescent Liposuction. We offer liposuction of the face and body, totally under local anesthesia. Patients are able to return to light duty the very next day and can often start to work out 2 to 3 days after the procedure. Dr. Klein developed and refined this procedure, which has an impeccable safety record and which can greatly minimize any post operative bruising or swelling. Dr. Dannaker is dedicated to offering procedures such as tumescent liposuction—procedures which he is confident are safe and can meet his patients' expectations. Most of the procedures he offers have been performed on his office staff and family members.

Cool Lipo (laser-assisted lipolysis) is a new, minimally invasive technology that liquefies fat for easy removal. It is a laser-based procedure that breaks up and removes fat cells in areas such as under the chin, neck, and jowls or areas with loose skin. CoolLipo laser system directly contracts collagen and tightens the skin from the inside out, an effect not seen with standard liposuction.
