What We Do at Hertzak Laser Center

Liposuction is a surgical technique that improves the body's contour by removing excess fat from deposits located between the skin and muscle. Liposuction is designed to permanently and safely remove small-localized pockets of fat that do not respond to diet or exercise. Liposuction may be performed in conjunction with other procedures to achieve the optimal result of looking the way you feel. Fat removal is accomplished as the suction cannula creates tiny tunnels through the fatty layers. After surgery, these tiny tunnels collapse and thus result in an improved body contour.

Lazer Lipo with the CoolTouch CoolLipo™ is a revolutionary and minimally invasive procedure for the removal of fat and the sculpting of body contours. It is designed specifically for skin tightening and targets those hard to tone areas such as the hips, thighs, abdomen, upper arms and under the chin. Lazer Lipo requires only a local anesthetic and involves virtually no downtime for recovery.

Gynecomastia, the growth of breast tissue in men, is a potentially embarrassing problem. The fatty tissue on the upper chest that resembles breasts can often be removed with liposuction. However, sometimes the tissue needs to be removed surgically in order to look the way you feel. Gynecomastia surgery is usually done on an outpatient basis under an IV sedation anesthesia. This procedure normally takes about one hour to complete.
