Cobb Longevity and Wellness is a medical and aesthetic center that offers microcannula liposuction as an option for body sculpting. We also offer nonsurgical sculpting treatments, such as Mesotherapy and Carboxytherapy. Our practice offers programs that balance hormones, help with weight loss, and reduce unwanted fatty bulges. Dr. Kelley offers tumescent liposuction using the technique pioneered by Dr. Klein. This type of liposuction uses very small incisions, small cannulas, and has minimal downtime. The type of anesthetic used is called tumescent anesthesia, meaning that the numbing medicine is in the fluid that is placed in the area of treatment. Patients are fully awake during the procedure, which is very safe. Because patients are awake, they are able to shift positions, allowing the surgeon to sculpt the body more precisely. Patients walk out of the procedure room, go home, and often return to work in 3 days. Most patients only need Tylenol extra strength for pain. The incisions are very small; less than 1/8 of an inch in size.



Dr. Kelley also offers Mesotherapy, which can be used in small areas to reduce fatty bulges. About the Doctor


Dr. Kelley is a board certified physician. She specializes in Antiaging Medicine and cosmetic medicine. Dr. Kelley is an affiliate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons. Dr. Kelley is also a member of the American Academy of Antiaging and Regenerative Medicine and the International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Kelley is constantly adding treatments that optimize nutrition, wellness, and rejuvenate the body inside and out. In addition to tumescent liposuction, Dr. Kelley offers a treatment call Carboxytherapy which improves the appearance of stretch marks, cellulite and tightens the skin. Dr. Kelley also administers Botox, wrinkle fillers, and performs other minimall invasive treatments to improve the appearance of the skin.
